HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent and motivated HR & Administration Supervisors who will be responsible for managing all human resource and administrative operations across supermarket branches, ensuring effective recruitment, performance management, compliance, and staff welfare.
Oversee all human resources and administrative functions within the branches.
Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and staff welfare programs.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
Supervise administrative services including facilities, logistics, and records.
Ensure full compliance with labour laws and organizational standards.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ HR management experience, preferably in retail.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and administrative processes.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
