HR AND RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

HR WORLD LTD on behalf of our reputable client, we're looking for an HR and Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle by providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, interviewing candidates, and managing the employment process.
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
QUALIFICATION;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an HR and Recruitment Specialist.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Outstanding organizational ethics/reliability and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and decision-making aptitude.
