HR Assistant - Automotive Industry
HR World Limited, on behalf of our client in the AUTOMOTIVE industry, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior HR professional to support day-to-day human resource operations, maintain employee records, and assist in various recruitment and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and meticulously update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the seamless onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Prepare essential HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and various reports.
- Support payroll preparation by compiling and verifying accurate employee data.
- Assist in tracking employee attendance, leave requests, and performance records.
- Ensure proper filing and organized documentation of all HR-related records.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries, providing basic HR support.
- Assist in the implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Support the organization and execution of training and development activities.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.
- A basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws is considered an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professionalism in all interactions.
- A strong willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
