JOB PURPOSE

The role holder will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of the dental clinic. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance management. He/she will work closely with clinic management and staff to ensure effective HR operations.

PREFERRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE

Strong understanding of Tanzania's employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.

Compliance and Record Keeping HR Reporting and Analytics
Training and Development

KEY COMPETENCIES

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office HR software and Suite.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
