Human Resource Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Identify the need for employee training and development, and facilitate and coordinate such programs so as to support employee growth and career development
- Prepare/supervise the preparation of payrolls and coordinating remittances of the same, administering statutory payments and submitting payment reports and budgets for payments
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure that both state and company laws, regulations, and policies are adhered to
- Manage all employee related matters in accordance with the company and state provision, where necessary, in coordination with the departmental heads, eg dispute resolutions, disciplinary actions, etc
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource; Legal Background is an added advantage (Civil/Corporate)
- Minimum 5 years Experience in the logistics industry
