We are seeking a principled HR Officer to provide professional, timely service at our Head Office while offering dedicated support to our Field staff. This role requires a mature communicator who thrives in cross-departmental/group collaboration and possesses practical experience engaging with both Field Operations teams and external partners.
Assist with the formulation and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
Support the Recruitment and Selection process.
Aid in designing and delivering impactful solutions for training, performance management, and talent development.
Contribute to managing core HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and data insights, while providing expert guidance on complex employee relations and legal matters.
Maintain and process accurate and complete HR and employee records.
Select relevant data and compile HR reports, including statistical summaries, charts, graphs, and surveys.
Monitor adherence to labor laws and employment regulations.
A minimum of 2 years of HR management experience, preferably within the microfinance sector.
A Degree in Human Resources or Business-related studies.
Deep knowledge of labor laws to ensure total compliance and foster sound employee relations.
Proven success in recruitment, performance management, and designing impactful staff training programs.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
High ethical standards with the maturity to solve complex problems and handle sensitive data discreetly.
