HUMAN RESOUCES BUSINESS PARTNER
HR World Limited on behalf of our reputable client we’re looking for a HR Business Partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business..
 
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
 
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
 
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
 
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
 
- Managing staff wellness initiatives.
 
- Improving relations between staff and employers.
 
- Evaluating staffing needs.
 
- Overseeing recruitment efforts.
 
- Managing and allocating HR funds.
 
- Engaging with heads of department.
 
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or related field required.
 
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human Resources
 
- Well organized with demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.
 
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
