HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
LOCATION: BUKOMBE GEITA
HR World Limited on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Human Resource Officer who will be responsible to oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, hiring, training, employee relations, benefits administration, and more.
*RESPONSIBILITIES;*
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Good understanding of government compliance and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field required.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Human Resources.
- A good understanding of the Tanzania Labor laws.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to relocate to remote areas.
