ICT Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated ICT Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that align with the Bank's objectives. The role involves delivering projects on time, within budget, and maintaining quality standards while managing stakeholders, risks, resources, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ICT projects from planning to implementation and closure.
• Coordinate teams, vendors, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Monitor project progress and provide stakeholder reporting.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, quality, and PMO standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in ICT or related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (Agile certification is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years' ICT project management experience.
• Experience with Core Banking Systems, SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
