Insurance & Investment Officer

About the Role

Mixx is seeking an experienced Insurance & Investment Officer to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance products, develop strategies for sales growth, and build strong relationships with insurance partners. This role also involves managing digital solutions portfolios and researching investment opportunities to support business objectives.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow insurance sales, increase market penetration, and achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, providing ongoing support and business guidance.
• Plan and execute marketing and customer education campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of insurance products.
• Monitor partner performance and implement initiatives to improve commercial and operational results.
• Manage the digital solutions portfolio, ensuring effective delivery, performance, and growth of products and services.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend investment opportunities and financial products that support business objectives.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth across investment products and services.
• Manage relationships with investment partners and oversee service delivery activities, including fund movements and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to evaluate product performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, implement, market, and grow investment and partner products.
• Lead initiatives to increase product penetration and usage through targeted marketing, educational campaigns, and other assigned Financial Services activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Insurance, or related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the Insurance, Bank or Telecom Industry.
