Sector: Legal
The Junior Business Development & Client Relations Officer will support market outreach, client engagement, online visibility, and proposal management, connecting our legal and corporate services with prospective corporate clients.
Maintain the firm's CRM database, client contact records, and corporate schedules.
Manage online visibility, including updating news, articles, and firm announcements on the website and LinkedIn.
Coordinate client follow-ups, meeting logistics, and service satisfaction reviews.
Monitor market trends and corporate developments across key commercial sectors in Tanzania.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in business development, digital communications, sales, or client relations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
Strong digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and basic website/social media management.
