The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning, leadership development, and talent management strategies that strengthen organizational capa- bility and support the bank's business objectives. The role plays a critical part in developing robust talent pipe- lines, succession planning frameworks, leadership capability programs, and a high-performance culture, while ensuring the workforce possesses the skills and competencies required to meet current and future business needs.
Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives.
Formulate the annual training plan and manage the master training calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and departmental needs.
Manage leadership development, talent development and succession planning initiatives.
Oversee e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback and performance metrics.
Coach managers on employee development and performance improvement.
Assess organizational and departmental training needs.
Stay updated on banking regulations, industry trends, and modern learning technologies.

Stakeholder Management
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Lead- ership Development, or Organizational Development within the banking or financial services sector.
Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise-wide talent management initiatives, succession planning, leadership development programs, talent reviews, and high-potential employee develop- ment frameworks.
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership to drive workforce capability, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategy execution.
