Learning and Service Coordinator
Epvate & Fortune International Consulting Ltd (EFIC) is currently the market leader in management consulting, and HR Consulting services and the one-stop center for turn-around consulting, Training, recruitment, Research, Digital information, outsourcing, and consultancy Company with its Headquarters at PSSSF Commercial Tower, 9th floor, Sam Nujoma Road in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. EFIC on behalf of a client, is seeking to employ a Learning and Service Co-ordinator who will undertake the responsibilities mentioned below.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate learning programs and training sessions.
- Facilitate onboarding for new team members and ensure smooth integration.
- Monitor and Evaluate the effectiveness of training and services delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for participants, trainers, and service team.
- Maintain accurate records of learning activities and participant progress.
- Coordinate resources and logistics for workshops, seminars, and events.
- Ensure service quality by tracking feedback and addressing concerns promptly.
- Prepare reports and recommendations to improve learning and service processes.
- Support cross functional teams to meet organizational learning objectives.
Requirements
- Background in HR management.
- Applicant should have a Bachelor Degree.
- Ability to talk with senior professionals.
- Experience in HR industry (4+ Years).
- Experience in Learning and Development.
