Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human resources (Management/Development)
- General work experience at least five years in the same field
- Background in the manufacturing industry is essential
- Ability -competence to facilitate/train-learning sessions (Evidence, minimum 2- facilitation days of a variety of programs (min 3 different programs)
- Willingness and flair to engage the audience -a flair for public speaking and interest in people
- Curriculum/content development: ability/competence to build training program content suitable to business context (due customization) and needs of the learning
- Instructional design and content building
- Business needs – training needs analysis
- Training effectiveness – creating measures to assess training effectiveness and implementing them
- Competent in both English and Swahili
