HP is a Microfinance Co that provides financial services ie providing to Micro-sized enterprises and individuals The Company is growing with the focus of reaching out to the business by growing its network throughout Tanzania in the coming years to Accomplish this the Company needs to recruit loan officers who are competent analytical, experienced and hardworking individuals determined to go extra mile for their career growth and future
Loan officer
The successful candidates will report to the respective branch manager he/she will be responsible for the marketing of potential borrowers undertake comprehensive loan analysis for loan applications submitted, ensures approval and repayment of all loans within his/her portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Market the Company products and services
- Solicit loan applications from potential borrowers collect all required documentation and examine both the completeness and correctness
- Visit and Validate the loan application
- Undertake proper loan records
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time
Qualifications
- Diploma Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Motivated and strong sales and Marketing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent Oral and Written skills
- Ability to work under pressure tight deadlines to achieve sales targets
