Simplepay Capital Financial Services Tanzania Ltd is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Loan Officers and Collection Officers. This is an excellent opportunity for those with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a desire to build a career in the financial sector.

About the Role

This is an entry-level, contractual position. You will play a crucial role in our loan operations, focusing on repayment collection and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on open accounts for repayment collection.
• Collect loan payments as per agreed repayment plans.
• Perform customer due diligence and maintain proper KYC documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Manage front desk duties and assist in administrative tasks.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Performance Targets (KPIs)

• Achieve monthly disbursement targets.
• Achieve monthly collection targets.
• Achieve monthly new customer acquisition targets.
• Achieve monthly active customer targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School education required.
• Experience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.
• Must be self-driven, dependable, and a team player.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Having a smartphone is an added advantage.
