About the Role

We are seeking motivated Loan Officers and Collection Officers to join our expanding team at Simplepay Capital Financial Services Tanzania Ltd. Key Responsibilities

Main Duties:

• Review and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely repayment collection.
• Collect loan payments in accordance with agreed-upon repayment plans.
• Conduct thorough customer due diligence and maintain accurate Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Manage front desk operations and provide administrative support as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Performance Targets (KPIs):

• Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursement, collection, new customer acquisition, and active customer engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School education is required.
• Previous experience in microfinance or the financial services industry is an advantage.
• Possess strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and customer service abilities.
• Must be self-driven, dependable, and a collaborative team player.
• Basic computer knowledge is essential.
• Having a smartphone is an added advantage.
