Lubricant Sales Representative

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking to recruit a motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Lubricant Sales Representative responsible for expanding the customer base, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will promote and sell lubricating oils and large-scale mechanical equipment, conduct market research, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, close sales, and provide after-sales support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell lubricating oils and/or large-scale mechanical equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and submit regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and business development skills.
