Machine Sales Representative

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and results-driven Machine Sales Representative responsible for the sales and rental of lifting trucks, machine attachments, and heavy construction equipment within assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customized and effective equipment solutions to customers based on their operational needs.
- Promote and sell heavy construction equipment, lifting trucks, and machine attachments within assigned regions.
- Meet and exceed sales and market growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, financiers, project owners, and industry stakeholders.
- Prepare sales presentations, quotations, reports, and conduct regular customer site visits.
- Organize and maintain proper sales documentation for assigned territories.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to support customers with technical information and after-sales services.
- Analyze sales opportunities, identify customer needs, and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on all equipment and services offered by the company.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback within the assigned territory.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Support customers with equipment financing options and purchasing processes.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, exhibitions, and conduct field demonstrations when required.
- Promote the company’s parts and service operations to customers.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in sales of construction equipment, machinery, automotive, or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of heavy machinery and construction equipment sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales opportunities and interpret sales reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel frequently and relocate when required.
