Manager-Bancassurance and Principal Officer
Develop and implement bancassurance strategies to grow insurance business and revenue.
Manage relationships with insurance companies and other strategic partners.
Drive the distribution and cross-selling of insurance products through the Bank's branches and digital channels.
Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative insurance solutions for customers.
Monitor sales performance, profitability, and achievement of bancassurance targets.
Lead, coach, and develop teams responsible for bancassurance sales and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, banking policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Monitor customer experience, resolve escalated issues, and promote customer retention.
Prepare periodic reports on business performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in bancassurance, insurance business development, or financial services management.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record in business development, partnership management, and revenue growth.
Proven ability to acquire customers and achieve lending and business targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
Relevant professional insurance qualifications will be an added advantage.
