Marketing Objective
Our Marketing goal for 2026 is to grow Seaweed Cafe into a trusted wellness brand with 250+ retail stores, strong customer demand, high brand awareness, and a presence in key international markets.
Core Activities
- Publish high-quality educational, promotional, and engaging content pieces per month across Instagram, WhatsApp, and short-form video platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Generate qualified customer inquiries through digital marketing channels including Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and influencer campaigns.
- Collect and document at least 5 verified customer testimonials per month in video, photo, or written format to strengthen brand trust and support marketing campaigns.
- Track and update marketing performance weekly and submit monthly marketing reports covering reach, engagement, inquiries, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support onboarding and activation of new retail stores monthly by ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials, promotional support, and visibility campaigns.
- Achieve new customers through marketing-driven channels by supporting inquiry follow-up, campaigns, and conversion activities.
- Participate and coordinate different exhibitions, wellness events, or brand activations to increase brand visibility, customer education, and product trial.
- Maintain a strong and consistent Instagram engagement rate monthly by creating relevant, educational, and audience-focused content that encourages interaction and community growth.
Core Skills and Competencies
- Strong ability to manage Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business, including posting, responding to customers, and growing engagement.
- Ability to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and acquire customers.
- Ability to track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, inquiries, and conversions, and prepare clear marketing reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage customers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships.
- Comfortable and confident being on camera, including appearing in videos, live sessions, and promotional contents.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for health, wellness, and brand building.
- Creative and proactive, with the ability to generate new ideas and take initiative in executing marketing activities.
- Ability to edit photos, videos, and written content for clarity, quality, and brand consistency using tools like Canva, CapCut, or other editing software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration (Marketing), or related field.
- Training in digital marketing, branding, or communication is an added advantage.
