Epvate & Fortune International Consulting Ltd (EFIC) is a leading consulting firm specializing in management, HR, recruitment, research, and digital information services. Headquartered in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, EFIC is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager – Industrial Mining Chemicals on behalf of its client.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for industrial mining chemicals.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities within the mining sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mining companies, procurement teams, and industrial clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Prepare marketing plans, sales forecasts, and customer visit reports.
- Support product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, logistics, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, trade exhibitions, and business forums.
- Achieve agreed marketing and business development targets.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mining, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in industrial chemicals, mining chemicals, mining services, or related industrial products.
- Strong understanding of the mining industry and industrial chemical products is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships with corporate and industrial clients.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Computer literacy and experience preparing reports and presentations.
