MARKETING MANAGERS
POSITIONS -2
On behalf of our reputable client HR World Ltd is looking for Marketing Managers who will be responsible for formulating and implement marketing strategies and concepts that deliver sustainable volume and profit growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy to support overall business goals.
• Execute short-and long-term marketing strategies to support the Route-To-Consumer (RTC) strategies.
• Develop and execute a cost-effective marketing budget with a positive ROI
• Design and implement planograms across the categories and channels for maximum visibility and offtake.
• Assist the commercial team to negotiate and close branding agreements with large customers.
• Drive (New) Product Development to ensure a healthy and sustainable product lifecycle.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual status reports
• Lead continual improvement initiatives within the company and among agencies and suppliers.
• Stay up-to-date with market insights and intelligence - new product launches, activations…
• Ensure speed and excellence in execution
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in sales team’s management and a total of at least 7 years of working experience in general.
• Experience in managing agricultural equipment’s, generator, lorry, and
  mining equipment’s.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills to balance the needs of the different functions / sections and customer requirements
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
