Job Purpose
To administer office and ensure the smooth running of the company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to organize and plan daily/weekly workload, meet deadlines and be punctual
- Front desk management
- Experience in logistics, procurement, office supplies and stationery
- Ensure meetings/conferences and workshops are well organized
- Calendar management
- General administrative assignments
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent two to three years’ management experience in an office setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and phone systems
- Fluency in English and Swahili language is required
