Epyate & Fortune International Consulting Ltd (EFIC) is currently the market leader in management consulting, and HR Consulting services and the one-stop center for turn-around consulting, Training, recruitment, Research, Digital information, outsourcing, and consultancy Company with its Headquarters at PSSSF Commercial Tower, 9th floor, Sam Nujoma Road in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
EFIC on behalf of a client, is seeking to employ an Office Clerk who will undertake the responsibilities mentioned below.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Receive, organize, and maintain office documents, records, and correspondence.
- Assist members and visitors by responding to inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in office systems and databases.
- Prepare, file, scan, photocopy, and distribute documents as required.
- Support preparation of reports, letters, and other official communications.
- Manage office supplies and ensure availability of necessary administrative materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including calls, emails, and messages.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in office administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
