Job Opportunity: Office Field Assistant / External Liaison Assistant

Employer: SHANG YUAN INTERNATIONAL (TANZANIA) INVESTMENT GROUP COMPANY LIMITED

Work Locations: Dar es Salaam and Makambaco, Tanzania.

Work Type: On-site work; allocation between locations to be agreed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the person in charge with external liaison and the coordination and handling of external affairs.
  • Prepare information and documents for assigned tasks, confirm requirements, follow up progress, and report results, receipts, outstanding issues and next steps.
  • Protect company documents and act within the authority given.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize external tasks, work through obstacles and report accurately.
  • Ability to work at the agreed location and perform external duties.
  • Recruitment is for local staff in Tanzania.

Monthly Salary

  • TZS 800,000 during probation.
  • TZS 1,000,000 upon confirmation.

Probation Period: Normally one month; the individual will be notified if an extension is needed in special circumstances.
