Operations & Brand Coordinator - Hospitality

Be the face of a growing hospitality brand. Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for a confident, organised, and customer-focused professional to oversee multiple outlets, support branch teams, represent the brand on social media, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Areas:

• Oversee Multiple Outlets: Coordinate and manage operations across all branches to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Be the Face of the Brand: Represent the brand online and in person across events, social media, and customer interactions.
• Lead & Support Teams: Motivate and support branch teams to deliver excellent service and achieve business goals.
• Create Engaging Content: Create photos, videos, reels, and other content to showcase the brand and drive engagement across platforms.
• Drive Customer Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to brand growth and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards.
• Act as a liaison between management and staff.
• Coordinate and support branch teams.
• Assist with marketing campaigns & promotions.
• Create content, take photos/videos & support brand visibility.
• Support design & content work (Canva skills an advantage).
• Maintain brand image, consistency & exceptional customer experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Professional, confident, and well-presented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive, and energetic.
• Comfortable on camera and on social media.
• Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.
• Canva or basic design knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or marketing is a plus.
