Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance.
Monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operational execution and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Manage budgets, reporting, and resource planning to support business growth.
Lead and develop teams to promote accountability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in the building materials industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in process improvement, reporting, and stakeholder management.
