Majestic Luxury Suites Ltd. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency across departments, improving internal processes, coordinating teams, and supporting the successful delivery of our luxury real estate developments.
This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's daily operations and ensure all departments operate efficiently.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, systems, and procedures.
- Coordinate activities between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Construction, Customer Service, and Administration.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure operational milestones are achieved.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.
- Develop and manage operational budgets while monitoring expenses.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Improve workflow efficiency through process optimization and automation where applicable.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate departmental managers and operational staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality service delivery.
- Support the implementation of strategic business initiatives and company growth plans.
- Handle operational challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within real estate, hospitality, construction, or property development.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Swahili is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
