A. CORE JOB DESCRIPTION

Operations Officer is responsible to ensure standards and formalities are well in place. He/She manages all functions under operations undertaken by the company. He/She will make sure all scope of work is carried out as per established procedures, without breach of Service Level Agreement (SLA) or client contract. He will manage and oversee all departments under his authority so that they comply with their respective job descriptions and duties.

Operations Officer is a very critical leadership role to ensure the company meets its targets and generates sustainable business. The strength of a person in this position affects the customer experience, revenue generation, and relationship with customers, as well as how we sustain the company's current and future revenue. Indeed, this role needs someone who is highly strategic, well exposed to the corporate world, focused, and ambitious to build a successful organization that operates with standards and best practices

Operations Officer is responsible to design processes and procedures, manage legal risks, job design, managing service level agreements, and ensuring all operational aspects of business are well taken care of.

 

B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Design standard operational manuals, policies, and procedures for the department/team, a job position, or customers
  2. Collaborating with the management team in setting and driving the company vision, and operational strategy and designing the organizational structure to achieve short and long-term objectives
  3. Leading and managing the Leadership Team – recruiting, objective setting, coaching, motivating, and performance monitoring. Creating and cultivating a client-centric culture within the Company
  4. Ensure company legal and operational compliance, including drafting internal & external contracts, compliance follow-ups, etc
  5. Analyzing all internal operations and identifying areas for Continuous Improvement.
  6. Partnering with the CEO on local and international expansion in strategy, budgeting, and setting growth targets
  7. Developing actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO

 

EDUCATION

Master in Business Administration in Human Resources or similar certifications, certification in Project Management for professionals or Business Administration is an added advantage. Background in Information Technology is essential
