Parts Logistics Supervisor

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Parts Logistics Supervisor responsible for ensuring efficient parts procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and timely parts availability to support aftersales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts orders and track movement of parts from ordering to delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate parts ordering in line with supplier standards and operational requirements.
- Maintain and strengthen effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and clearing agents.
- Manage stock ordering and Vehicle Off Road (VOR) parts requests.
- Monitor parts availability and minimize lost sales due to stock shortages.
- Coordinate stock receiving, stock release, and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Organize and support stock-taking exercises and inventory audits.
- Ensure damaged parts in transit are properly documented and processed for insurance claims.
- Prepare monthly departmental reports, stock reports, and operational reviews.
- Monitor lead times and ensure smooth logistics operations for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal company procedures.
- Coordinate consignment documentation for timely customs clearance.
- Work closely with workshop and service teams to ensure effective parts supply synchronization.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in parts logistics, supply chain, inventory, or automotive operations.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Strong networking, reporting, and coordination skills.
- High level of initiative, flexibility, and result orientation.
