Plant Engineer
(Food &Beverages)
We're hiring a Plant Engineer for our client in the food and beverage production business
Responsible for:
- planning and carrying out maintenance programs for all plant machineries
- reinforcing HSE standards and compliance thereof
- monitoring, tracking, and improving productivity KPIs
- preparing and implementing training programs for technical and operation teams
- reviewing, developing, and improving policies and SOPs
- champions new machinery installation, automation, and commissioning
- preparing and presenting technical reports and proposals for management use
Key requirements
- Degree mechanical, electrical, auto mechanical or related
- Registered by ERB
- 4yrs experience working in the manufacturing sector/FMCG
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili
- Excellent interpersonal skills
