About the Role

Mixx is seeking a talented and experienced PR and Media Relations Manager to develop and execute strategies that enhance our brand, commercial, and corporate objectives. This role is crucial for protecting and improving Mixx's corporate reputation through strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement public relations strategies aligned with brand, commercial, and corporate objectives.
• Protect and enhance Mixx's corporate reputation through strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management initiatives.
• Create PR campaigns to support product launches, partnerships, CSR programs, corporate initiatives, and key business milestones.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media, government institutions, regulators, industry associations, development partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Support executive profiling through media engagements, speaking opportunities, conferences, awards, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Develop and execute media relations plans, manage media engagements, and secure positive media coverage across multiple channels.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Mixx and media stakeholders, coordinating interviews, press conferences, briefings, and corporate announcements.
• Draft and manage external communication materials, including press releases, speeches, talking points, media statements, and corporate publications.
• Ensure messaging consistency across all external communications and prepare executives for media and stakeholder engagements.
• Manage reputation, issues, and crisis communications by monitoring emerging risks and coordinating timely responses with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze communication performance, and produce reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage PR agencies, suppliers, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships while supporting additional Brand & Communication responsibilities assigned by the Brand & Communication Manager.

• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years' experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, Corporate Communications, Brand Communications, or Journalism.
