Job Summary:

You will support the design, implementation and management of programming in the Tanzania Country Program (CP) through learning and evidence-based approaches for the local program portfolio including strategic investments in Health (including COVID-19 prevention and response), Ag/Nutrition, Youth and Early Child Development projects. Your management skills and knowledge will ensure that the CP delivers high-quality programming and continuously works towards improving the impact of its programming. In addition, you will contribute to the production of high- quality applications for funding in those strategic areas in support of CRS’ engagement with institutional donors and initiatives involved in international development to serve the poor and vulnerable. Your knowledge and skills will allow you to contribute to improving aspects of the BD cycle for the country program by supporting the program’s learning agenda and ensuring critical analysis and documentation for dissemination.
