Position Summary

The Program Officer supports the implementation of D-tree’s programs and activities in Tanzania Mainland. Working closely with program teams, government counterparts, implementing partners, and other stakeholders, the role contributes to effective program delivery, coordination of activities, monitoring of progress, and documentation of program learning. This role provides an opportunity for an early-career professional to develop experience in public health programming, digital health solutions, stakeholder engagement, data use, and program operations while contributing to initiatives that improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

Salary Range: The salary range for this role is TSh. 32,901,050 to TSh. 47,001,500 per year. While salary offers typically begin at the lower end of the range, candidates who bring strong, directly relevant expertise and exceptional value may be placed higher within the range, in line with D-tree’s compensation approach and internal equity considerations. The full range reflects pay across the job level, including potential growth in this role over time.
