SIHOTECH ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our electrical building services projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company and contribute to exciting and challenging projects.
Lead the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical building services.
Manage LV power distribution, lighting, standby power, UPS, fire alarm, and ELV systems.
Coordinate electrical works with architectural, structural, mechanical, and fire protection teams.
Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, documentation, and quality delivery.
Provide technical leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution.
Review and approve electrical designs, technical submissions, and commissioning reports.
Expertise in electrical building services, including LV power, lighting, standby power, and ELV systems.
Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
Sound knowledge of IEC, BS, and applicable building codes and standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Strong understanding of testing, commissioning, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.
Must be a Registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) and hold a valid practicing licence.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical building services for commercial or high-rise buildings.
