Bamm solution (T) Limited is a Tanzanian company that deals with provision of skilled and unskilled labour, trading, provision of cleaning and housekeeping services, fumigation, landscaping and levy collections.

We are hereby seeking for relevant qualified candidates for the following posts below:

Job title: Project Managers
Post: Three (3) posts
Job location: IRINGA (1 post), DODOMA (1 post), MOROGORO (1 post)
Age: 18-35 years
Interview location: Dar es Salaam

Duties:

• Identify market opportunities by identifying customer requirements. Example defines market, competitors share, competitor’s strength and weaknesses, forecast projected business and establish target.
• Monitor competition by gathering market place information
• Inform customers of current promotions and discounts
• Maintain positive business and customer relationship in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
• Develop strategies for more effective sales
• Oversee business development activities
• Develop and administer marketing database
• Using marketing strategies to reach the company’s targeted output per month.
• Set marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues
• Implement and adhere to company policies.
• Supervision of subordinate’s staff within the region.
• Perform any other duty assigned by supervisor.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in marketing, business administration, and related field.
