On behalf of our esteemed corporate clients, we invite applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals for the following roles:
Sectors: Property development, commercial real estate, construction and infrastructure.
The Projects Director will oversee property or infrastructure projects from planning through implementation, ensuring effective project management, commercial discipline and risk control.
Oversee project planning, budgets, schedules and delivery.
Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Review project agreements and monitor contractual performance.
Coordinate property acquisition, due diligence and transaction processes.
Monitor project risks, disputes and contractual obligations.
Report on project performance, financial exposure and delivery milestones.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Project Management or a related field.
Relevant professional registration or certification where applicable.
Minimum 5 to 7+ years of demonstrated experience directing large-scale capital projects, with a strong track record of delivered developments.
Strong contract-management, negotiation and financial-management skills.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
