Position I: Public Sector Strengthening (PSS) Cluster Coordinator (1 position)

Job Summary

Reporting to the PSS Lead, the PSS Cluster Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting Public Sector Strengthening (PSS) activities across assigned councils and facilities. The role focuses on monitoring day-to-day operations, ensuring effective implementation of PSS interventions, and strengthening service delivery within supported regions and facilities. The Coordinator oversees all operational functions within the designated cluster, including management of the costed workplan to ensure alignment with donor requirements and achievement of channel objectives. The role plays a key part in promoting high-quality sexual and reproductive health services, ensuring adherence to MSI clinical quality standards, and facilitating continuous performance improvement.
