We are seeking a competent and proactive QHSE Officer to oversee and implement Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems across our facility management operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, ISO standards, and company policies while promoting a strong safety culture.

Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and proactive QHSE Officer to oversee and implement Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems across our facility management operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, ISO standards, and company policies while promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management

• Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and corrective actions with statutory requirements, ISO standards, and company policies while promoting a strong safety culture.

Health & Safety

• Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and recommend control measures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, OSHA, and local HSE regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, inductions, and refresher training.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents and prepare reports.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with legal and client HSE requirements.
• Prepare QHSE reports and statistics.
• Cooperate with clients, auditors, regulators, and internal teams.
• Support certification audits and management reviews.

Environmental Management

• Implement environmental controls in line with ISO 14001.
• Monitor waste management, pollution prevention, and environmental compliance.
• Promote environmental awareness and sustainability practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science or Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety training (NOSHC 1 & 2). IFAT certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar QHSE role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Good communication, reporting, and training skills.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple sites.
