To receive and direct visitors and clients, handle incoming and outgoing calls, maintain reception records and documents, support customer service activities, coordinate appointments and meeting room bookings, and ensure the reception area remains professional and well-organised while delivering an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration or a related field. The candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, customer service skills, and the ability to handle visitors and clients professionally.
