Watumishi Housing Investments (WHI) is seeking qualified and dynamic Public Servants interested in joining our organization through transfer to fill the following vacant position.
Introduction
Established in 2013 to implement the Public Servants Housing Scheme (PSHS), Watumishi Housing Investments (WHI) is a property developer and a licensed fund manager for the management of the Watumishi Housing REIT (WH-REIT).

Duties and Responsibilities
- To maintain up-to-date register of files and file index books.
- To issue application forms and rules and regulations on library membership, use of open registered letters.
- To distribute files to scheduled officers.
- To file correspondence in appropriate files and cross-referencing.
- To copy correspondence to relevant files and attend to them whenever necessary.
- To be in-charge of all dispatches, flimsy files and franking machines.
- To perform any other official duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Archives, Records Management, Archives and Information Management or equivalent qualifications from recognized Institutions.
- Minimum of four (4) years of working experience in a related field.
