The Recovery Manager is responsible for maximizing loan portfolio recoveries through effective management of delinquent and non-performing loans (NPLs). The role ensures that Victoria Finance PLC maintains healthy portfolio quality, complies with internal credit policies and applicable laws, and minimizes credit losses while preserving customer relationships and the company’s reputation.
Manage and improve loan recovery performance and reduce NPLs
Supervise recovery officers and set recovery targets
Implement effective recovery strategies, restructurings, and settlements
Coordinate legal recoveries, repossessions, and auctions
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Prepare recovery and portfolio performance reports for management
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Law, or related field
Minimum 8 years’ experience in credit recovery or collections
At least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role
Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills
