Drive growth of the group lending portfolio, loan disbursements, and deposits.
Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with groups, associations, and community-based organizations.
Assess group loan applications and ensure compliance with credit policies and lending procedures.
Monitor loan portfolio quality, repayments, and recovery of overdue facilities.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve group lending business targets.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, risk management standards, and internal policies.
Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance, business growth, and credit quality.
Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in group lending, microfinance, credit management, or relationship management.
Strong skills in business development, credit assessment, portfolio monitoring, and loan recovery.
Proven ability to acquire customers and achieve lending and business targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
