COOP Bank Tanzania is hiring!
Drive growth of the value chain and asset financing portfolio, deposits, and revenue.
Identify and develop relationships with businesses, suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and strategic partners.
Identify financing opportunities across key economic sectors and develop suitable financing solutions.
Assess credit applications and structure financing facilities in line with the Bank's credit policies.
Monitor financed assets, loan repayments, and portfolio quality to minimize credit risks.
Develop strategies to achieve business growth, profitability, and portfolio targets.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, credit policies, and risk management standards.
Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance, business opportunities, and market trends.
Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Relevant experience in asset financing, value chain financing credit management, or relationship management.
Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial assessment, and lending products.
Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships, acquire customers, and achieve business targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
