Background: At Real Transformation Initiative, Tanzania (RTI-TZ), we are committed to improving social, economic, and human health, especially for children, young people, and women. RTI-TZ is implementing a new research project examining the influence of the school environment on youth mental health in Mwanza, Tanzania. This project addresses the limited access to mental health treatment services for children and adolescents. Schools can support mental well-being, but more research is needed to understand what interventions are most effective.
This project is a collaboration between RTI-TZ, the University of North Carolina's Gilling School of Global Public Health, the Tanzania National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR), and three educational districts in Mwanza. We are seeking 30 qualified Research Assistants.
Note: RTI-TZ does not require payments at any stage of the recruitment process. Official emails will be sent from md@rtitz.org. The application deadline is December 2nd, 2024. Send your application to the Human Resource Manager, REAL TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVE, P.O Box 354, Mwanza - Tanzania. Email: recruitment@rtitz.org
