As a Roving Regional Operations Leader, you will:
Lead and support regional Marketing Officers and Marketing Representatives.
Oversee logistics, inventory and asset management.
Drive sales growth and achieve regional performance targets.
Train and mentor teams for high performance.
Monitor budgets, operations and market activities.
Ensure accurate stock levels and smooth distribution.
Identify market opportunities and implement improvements.
Provide excellent customer and agent support while strengthening regional operations.
Lead and manage marketing teams in the region.
Plan, organize and monitor task execution.
Oversee supply chain and logistics operations.
Ensure contracts and compliance.
Implement marketing strategies and select target markets.
Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities.
Manage agent and representative contracts.
Ensure on-time delivery of tasks and targets.
Monitor sales, stock and regional stores.
Ensure right stock quantity in regional stores.
Track and return idle assets.
Manage assets and inventory.
Coordinate with supply chain teams.
Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 1 year of proven experience in sales and marketing or its equivalent.
