HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client in the Automotive industry, is seeking Sales Administrators to support our sales team with administrative tasks and customer coordination. You will oversee the entire process, from generating proforma invoices to ensuring delivery completion.

The ideal candidate will manage all related documentation, coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and finance), and act as the key point of contact for a seamless sales-to-delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Verifying orders, including customer personal information and payment details.
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Compiling monthly sales reports.
• Expediting orders through internal liaison.
• Establishing and implementing sales objectives.
• Developing and documenting prospecting, lead management, and pipeline management processes to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of working experience; prior experience in a similar role within a commercial or industrial environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, proficiency in handling documentation, and excellent communication skills.
