HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the automotive spare parts industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns
Ensuring the company meets the sales targets
Handling client complaints
Negotiating deals with clients
Gathering client feedback
Developing marketing campaigns on social media platforms
Maintaining strong client relationships
Responding to client inquiries in a professional manner
Raising awareness of the company's products and services
Writing monthly reports on campaign performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
2+ years of proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Officer for trucks spare parts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
