Position: Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Promote the company's products and services to potential and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and outstanding payments.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales objectives set by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in procurement, supplies, logistics, industrial products, construction materials, office equipment, safety products, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
